Students and teachers should feel safe and supported in school. Building a safe educational environment is the key to sustainable learning and creating life long learners. Prioritizing mental wellness supports students in making community connections and is the foundation for community care.

The COVID-19 pandemic is not over. Now, more than ever, it is critical to follow the CDC guidelines regarding safety in the classroom. Trusting the scientific process and following expert guidance is the key to keeping our community safe. Safely keeping our children in school is a top priority.

BUILDING ACT
Vote in favor of the Public Schools Building Act to renew funding necessary to support our schools. These funds provide computers, class room technology, playground equipment, musical instruments, band uniforms, benches, sunshades, and other building improvements.
